Life and Stuff

• This past week was beautiful.
• Thanksgiving was nice. We had our cousin and her family show up this year. Their plans were canceled last minute. It was really great to have them back.  Its not quite the same with so many people gone.
• One of my Aunts used to bring her own bowls to take stuff home. It had been a long time since I had seen her do that but she started again this year. 
• Her sons girl friend is just like her!  I laughed when I made that realization the other day while talking about them. This was the first time we all had met the girlfriend. They were late. So everyone was just about done when they showed up.  We all started putting things away after they got their plates (because it was outside).  She stopped eating and made her togo plates. Did you see that s on the end?  That's because she used every cup we had to make her togo plates. The kids didn't have anything to dink out of after that.  In the middle of making her plates she also stated that she was so busy making the togo plates that she hadn't even finished her lunch!
• I ended up with a ton of stuff to bring home. Not because I asked for it but because my mom put it in mu car.  She is great. I love her bunches!
• The hubby didn't go to lunch because he was too busy playing golf. I didn't really mind.  Surprisingly.
• The hubby's side of the family came over for the weekend. I love them. We had a good time. I was glad to have them but man they sure can piss me off.  Don't expect to come to my house and drink my beer for 2 days straight and not bring any. 
• We always have beer in the house.  Usually alot of it.  They finished it off and I bought more. Just enough for the hubby and me though.  Then the hubby went and bought more.  Then the cousins asked me to go get more. I said sure but I wasn't paying for it.  They changed their mind.   I still ended up paying for more somehow.   Geezz people!  OH well.  At least I go to see them.
• OH and I was supposed to go Black Friday shopping. I changed my mind before I even got out of bed. I didn't want to deal with that mess.
• Oh and I have a question. Is it drinking if I put Irish Cream in my coffee in the morning?  I sure hope not because it is sooo good and that will be how I drink my coffee from now on. :)

• So I had 2 kids with poetry projects last.  I say had because they have to be turned in Monday. NO late project will be accepted because they extended the due date by a week already.
• One of them is complete for sure. I know because I had to hold a hand to get it done.  I almost feel like I did more of the work than he did.  Thing is, its all his words and thoughts I just helped him organized them. 
• On a last minute thing this morning I remembered we still had to do the pictures for them and we never sent them to be printed.  I love one hour Walmart photo!  One of them didn't turn out the way it should have. The guy and I had a hard time understanding what I wanted. Once he let me show him what I was going to do with the pictures he gave me exactly what I needed!  Thank you Tim in the photo department of Walmart. You made my day.
• They other project was not the same as this one. I know the writing part of it is done but I am not sure it is what the teacher wanted.  I tried to tell him that and I was going to show him a few other ideas he could have put in his project but he didn't seem interested.  He wanted to be outside playing.
• Yes they both had a full six weeks to complete their projects. Both started only 2 weeks ago and had done very little before the holiday. I was mad, frustrated, irritated, and pissed off by that.
• I hope that the teachers are still going to put in grades when they get back to school on Monday. If not 2 of my children are going to be in big trouble. 
• We have a no C policy.
• We will see.

I hope everyone had as wonderful and blessed a holiday as I have had.  It's time to get back to the grind..
